Online Dutch Teacher (Remote, Freelance)

Position Details

• Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
• Location: Remote
• Students: Adult corporate learners, from beginner to advanced
• Language of Instruction: Dutch
• Rate: USD 14 per teaching hour
• Contract Type: Independent contractor (you invoice for classes taught)
• Format: Live online classes of 40 or 45 minutes, covering business Dutch, general Dutch, and speaking confidence
• Schedule: You choose your slots. Hours depend on learner bookings and aren't guaranteed, so your income grows as your bookings do.
• Platform and materials: Provided by us

• C2-level Dutch (Netherlands or Flemish Dutch are both welcome)
• A completed bachelor's degree (in any field)
• At least 120 hours of language-teaching training (an NT2 qualification or a CELTA/TEFL-style course)
• An ESL or second-language teaching experience

Technical Requirements

• Computer: Intel Core i5 or higher, 8GB RAM minimum
• Internet: Fibre, 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable
• Backup power: UPS with 4–5 hours of battery life (applicable if you are in a country that experiences power outages)
• Audio/video: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
• Green Screen: Virtual or Physical accepted
