• Students: Adult learners (general)
• Language of Instruction: Spanish
• Rate: $5.90 USD per hour
• Contract Type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company
• Format: One-on-one and small group online sessions
• Schedule: Part-time, hourly — declare a minimum of 10 hours of availability Monday through Saturday between 06:00 AM and 11:00 PM ET; sessions are allocated within your declared availability. You can teach more than 10 hours a week should you prefer a full schedule.

• Native Spanish speaker

• Minimum B1 level English proficiency

• One of the following qualifications:

1. A completed Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics, Education, Spanish, Modern Languages, or Literatures OR
2. A degree in any field plus an International House Certificate (IH) in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language (ELE) or a recognised equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Spanish (within the last 5 years)

• Experience teaching adult learners in both one-on-one and group formats

• Online teaching experience preferred

• Must provide a minimum of ten (10) hours of availability per week, Monday through Saturday, between 06:00 AM ET and 11:00 PM ET

• No criminal record

• PC: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or greater
• Internet: Stable fibre connection (20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable
• Backup Power: UPS with 4–5 hours of battery life (recommended for areas with frequent power interruptions)
• Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p),and a quiet, well-lit teaching space

The Really Great Teacher Company is hiring remote online Spanish teachers based in South America to teach Spanish to adult learners. This is a fully remote, part-time independent contractor position paying $5.90 USD per hour. Applicants must be native Spanish speakers with a minimum B1 level of English proficiency, hold a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics, Education, Spanish, Modern Languages, or Literatures — or an equivalent qualification combined with an IH ELE certification — and have at least one year of experience teaching Spanish as a second language. Teachers must be available for a minimum of ten hours per week, Monday through Saturday, between 06:00 AM and 11:00 PM ET. Both one-on-one and small group online sessions are included in this role.
